Environmentally Friendly Containers

Advanced Options for Reducing Environmental Impact

The paper cartons used by Havarys have been proven to have a lower environmental impact compared to aluminum cans, recycled plastics, and glass bottles, even when not recycled.

Carbon Footprint of Containers

When measuring environmental impact, we consider not only the product itself but also all stages including raw material procurement, manufacturing, logistics, consumption, and disposal. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is based on objective scientific methods, enhancing the reliability and transparency of environmental sustainability.

According to LCA studies, paper containers are evaluated as having the lowest environmental impact, particularly in terms of climate change (CO2 emissions), compared to PET bottles and aluminum cans. For example, in the case of a 330mL size, CO2 emissions are reduced by 56% compared to PET bottles and by over 49% compared to aluminum cans.

Impact of Transportation

When comparing the carbon footprint of transportation efficiency, paper containers have been proven to have a lower impact than aluminum and glass bottles.

Reduction in Waste Volume

Compared to aluminum cans and PET bottles, paper containers contribute significantly to waste reduction with an average volume reduction rate of over 78%.

Container structure

The paper cartons used by Havarys are the best choice for fulfilling environmental responsibility.

After use, the paper containers are fully recycled at a zero-emission factory.
